Notice of Right to Lien

One of the services we provide to our construction clients is assistance with the Notice of Right to Lien requirements under Oregon law. It is our understanding that this notice must be provided to the owner to preserve the contractors lien rights, whether the projects is residential or commercial. The Oregon CCB refers to ORS 87.021 for the specific requirements with respect to the Notice of Right to Lien. Once the client has all the necessary information, we prepare and deliver the Notice by whichever means the client requests, whether in person or by certified or registered mail.

Please feel free to contact us should you need any assistance with the Notice of Right to Lien.
